The IT Technical Support Specialist position is responsible for ensuring that the IT systems infrastructure (network, servers, desktop, etc.) as well as applications and information technology related tools are available and accessible. The IT Technical Support Specialist is also responsible for and contributes to the design and implementation of new infrastructure and new applications to meet Munajem business requirements.
