An innovative partnership to support training and development with Skill Up

In the presence of the CEO of Almunajem Group, Mr. Nader Ibrahim Alwehibi, a training agreement was signed with Skill Up, in a step aimed at enhancing digital learning and developing competencies within the Group. Through this partnership, we officially launched "Almunajem Academy" – our digital learning platform that provides our employees with advanced training opportunities and professional learning paths designed to support their career development and achieve our strategic objectives. The Academy offers more than 100,000 interactive training contents, contributing to improving team efficiency and enabling them to keep up with changes in the labor market.
Mr. Abdullah Omar Bawazir, Chief Financial Officer, represented Almunajem Group at the signing ceremony, while Skill Up was represented by its CEO Mr. Talal Al-Afghani. The event was also attended by a number of officials from both sides.
